Riverbend Custom Builders SMS Terms of Service
Riverbend Custom Builders provides luxury custom home design, construction, and project management services across East Tennessee and surrounding areas. Our SMS messaging program enables us to deliver consultation reminders, appointment confirmations, project notifications, and — where separately consented — occasional marketing messages about our services and available build slots.
As part of our outreach and engagement efforts, Riverbend Custom Builders provides an SMS messaging program for individuals who voluntarily opt in. By opting in to receive text messages from Riverbend Custom Builders, you agree to the terms outlined below.

If you have opted out and would like to be added back into our messaging program, you may reply START or re-submit the opt-in form on our website.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on your project stage and enrolled services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
